Relocation Services

I can assist you in locating a qualified and dedicated Realtor® in the city that you are relocating to, provide informative/relevant relocating materials for individuals moving to New Mexico. I can also provide vetted referrals for professional services ranging from financing and title companies to movers, contractors, and carpet installers/cleaners.

Miscellaneous Service

I will help answer any questions pertaining to the sale of real estate, real estate investing, renting a home/condo, or property management. I can also answer questions about and connect you with resources to manage and improve your FICO score (different than your credit score, it is what lenders actually use in determining how and on what terms they will extend you credit). Business Related Services

I perform drive-by BPO with photos and on-Site BPO with photos for attorneys, mortgage companies, and relocation services. If you would like to order a BPO please contact directly.

Expert Witness Services

I will review and provide verbal and written opinions for use in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. I am able to work on cases involving real estate sales, brokerage, ethics, and conflicts of interest.
