Customer Communication Guarantee* As a customer under contract I will respond to your questions or concerns within 1 hour or less, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am MST-5pm MST), GUARANTEED! Since I understand that your time is important and valuable I will reply to your email, text message, or phone call within 60 minutes. I also will ensure that you receive a status report of the marketing efforts being implemented for your property, which includes a break down of statistics and other data. This report will be sent directly to you weekly or as often as you would like.

As a part of my “Customer Communication Guarantee” I will give you a $20 Sheniq.com Visa gift card at redeemable at any location that accepts Visa. My average response time is not 1hr, it is usually instant. I am generally available by phone instantly and can respond to texts and/or emails promptly.

DISCLAIMER: This guarantee/offer does not apply to calls with blocked phone numbers, “non-direct” phone numbers routed through a phone system/network, e-mails captured by SPAM filters, invalid phone numbers (such as numbers provided by online companies that are tied to actual numbers) ,  invalid e-mail addresses or communications that cannot be verified. How do I know if my response comes after 1 hour?
When a call or text message is placed to my phone the number calling will appear on the caller ID along with a time and date stamp. When you send me an e-mail, our server will track the exact time it was received.

What is considered a response?
I will define a response as a returned text message, phone call, or e-mail. I will make every effort to leave a message if the option is available.
